Syndicated columnist Charles Krauthammer said Thursday on “Special Report with Bret Baier” that in the wake of President-Elect Donald Trump’s victory, many of the signature items of President Obama’s tenure are likely to be undone and his legacy “will be rubble.”
“Obama understood that from the beginning,” Krauthammer said. “That’s why he was so desperate to get Hillary elected.”
Krauthammer added that ObamaCare has “poisoned” the Democratic Party and that skyrocketing premiums two weeks before the election only reminded people of why they did not like the plan.
“So, with Obama off the scene, with Trump in the White House, executive orders are going to go on day one,” Krauthammer said. “But nonetheless he understood what was at stake and he lost.
