CONCORD, N.H. – Rudy Giuliani says he's not convinced any of the Republican presidential contenders can defeat President Obama. Until he is, Giuliani says he won't rule out a run at the White House himself.
The former New York City mayor is launching a two-day tour across New Hampshire Thursday to explore a potential bid.
The stops include a luncheon with the Seacoast Federation of Republican Women in Portsmouth, a New Castle gathering with law enforcement officials and a gun rights discussion at Manchester Harley Davidson.
The 67-year-old Republican tells The Associated Press that a decision about his political future won't come until late August or early September.
He admits running a flawed presidential campaign in 2008. And he says he'll keep working to regain the confidence of New Hampshire voters.
