Most recently, Tarlov contributed to the extensive coverage of the 2024 Republican National Convention. Prior to this, she provided political analysis and commentary from the ground for both the Iowa Caucuses and New Hampshire Primary ahead of the 2024 race to the White House. Notably, The Five made television history in 2023 as the first non-primetime program to rank as the number one program in the 25-54 demo and notched its second consecutive year as cable news’ highest rated show with viewers.
In addition to her role on FNC, Tarlov also serves as the Vice President of Research and Consumer Insight for Bustle Digital Group. Prior to this, she served as a senior strategist with Schoen Consulting, where she advised domestic and international clients on messaging strategies for more than five years and worked as a democratic pollster. In May 2024, Tarlov was named one of Variety’s 2024 Women of Impact for her political commentary across FOX News Media.
A graduate of Bryn Mawr College with a B.A. in History, Tarlov holds two master’s degrees in Political Science and Public Policy as well as a Ph.D. in Government from the London School of Economics and Political Science.
