On Sunday's #Mediabuzz 11 ET:
Leslie Marshall said President Trump's tariff moves are "a screw up" and that even those who voted for him "are not going to drink the Kool-Aid" and also that she doesn't believe "any number that comes out of Elon Musk's mouth" when he talks about how much money DOGE is cutting from government spending. She also said of HHS Secretary RFK Jr's belief that vaccines cause autism that "this is not just irresponsible, it's very, very dangerous" and "it's not medically sound advice that's being given."
Tomi Lahren said of President Trump's 90-day pause on most tariffs, "I don't think that President Trump caves just for the sake of caving" and that the President "loves to make a deal" and said of the feud between DOGE's Elon Musk and Senior White House trade advisor Peter Navarro that she doesn't "necessarily love...calling people names" and criticized how "the left and media" are downplaying Elon Musk cutting $150 billion in wasteful spending and that the $150 billion "is not something to scoff at." She also said that if it's important to HHS Secretary RFK to "do more study, more exploration" into the cause of autism, "what's the harm?"
Liz Claman said of President Trump's tariffs that the President "would say that it was time to flip over the global trade card table and yell the game is rigged" and "that may be so, particularly with China." She also said Trump administration officials are "all singing a slightly different tune" on tariffs "and it comes out a little off key."
Andy McCarthy said President Trump's executive orders to investigate former Homeland Security official Miles Taylor and cybersecurity official Chris Krebs are "unconstitutional bills of attainder" and are being "used to promote the idea that the 2020 election was stolen" and that "this is not an American way of going about" it. He also said that the Trump Administration doesn't want to admit they still have dominion and control over the Maryland resident mistakenly deported to El Salvador because then they will "have to admit it all 261 they sent there, all of whom were entitled to habeas corpus due process proceedings before they were deported, and none of whom got it."
