1-month after her royal wedding to Prince Harry, Meghan Markle, the Duchess of Sussex, made her Royal Ascot debut in an elegant white ensemble from her wedding dress designer, Givenchy.

The special occasion also happened to fall on the one-month anniversary of the royal wedding.
The Duchess of Sussex paired her collared shirt dress with a thin black belt, black clutch and black pumps. She topped off the look with an event-appropriate black and white hat by London-based milliner Philip Treacy.

The Royal Ascot has a strict dress code, which states that ladies must wear a hat or headpiece with a solid base of four inches, and dresses and skirts should fall just above the knee or longer, according to Elle.
The Royal Ascot comes just one day after Meghan and Prince Harry attended his cousin Celia McCorquodale's wedding in Lincolnshire, England.
