Jay Z racked up eight nods to lead the pack, followed by Kendrick Lamar with seven; Grammy darling Ed Sheeran shut out in all major categories.

A list of nominees in the top categories at the 60th annual Grammy Awards, announced Tuesday by The Recording Academy.
