The businessman is married to super model Cindy Crawford and the pair enjoyed a romantic vacation over the weekend.
"Enjoying spring break with my honey," Crawford captioned of a photo of her and Gerber on Instagram.
The 51-year-old star followed up with a solo picture of herself topless on the beach.
"Forever in Denim. Thanks @VogueMagazine! #momjeans," she wrote.
