A photo that was sealed by a judge as part of evidence in a lawsuit against a former Denver radio DJ who Taylor Swift says assaulted her has leaked online.
Swift had asked the judge to seal the evidence due to its scandalous nature, saying the tabloids would have a field day should it be allowed to become public.
In the photo published by TMZ, Swift stands between David Mueller and another woman at a 2013 meet-and-greet. Swift has her arms around Mueller and the woman. The then-DJ appears to have his right hand behind her lower back, possibly on her butt.
The singer alleged Mueller grabbed her butt while posing for a photo.
"Right as the moment came for us to pose for the photo, he took his hand and put it up my dress and grabbed onto my ass cheek and no matter how much I scooted over it was still there," Swift said in her deposition. "It was completely intentional, I've never been so sure of anything in my life."
In the photo, Swift is leaning in closely to the woman with some space between her and Mueller.
She added that she felt "violated in a way I had never experienced before."
Mueller has denied the accusations.
A rep for Swift did not return FOX411's request for comment.
