Shannen Doherty in post-chemo video: 'It's not always easy'

Shannen Doherty is putting on a brave face while she is battling breast cancer.

The actress shared a video of herself on Instagram the day after receiving chemotherapy.

"Hey guys so it's the day after chemo as you can see," Doherty said. "Red face, a little puffy from the steroids, not feeling too great."

She continued, "I'm really tried, I was nauseous last night and achy."

While the actress said she would "prefer to be laying in bed right now," she pushed herself to go to the gym.

"It's not always easy...Some days are easy workouts and other days I push it but the key is to MOVE," she captioned the video.

Doherty was diagnosed with breast cancer in February 2015. She had a single mastectomy in May and revealed in August she was undergoing chemotherapy followed by radiation treatments.
