34-year-old model Katie May complained of neck pain from fall before suffering deadly stroke
Model Katie May died Thursday morning after suffering a stroke Monday, according to multiple media reports.
The 34-year-old single mom was hospitalized Monday when a blockage in her carotid artery caused a stoke, TMZ reports. She remained in critical condition until she was taken off of life support and died Thursday evening.
According to the gossip site, May took a nasty fall during a photoshoot last week where she suffered a neck injury that may have caused her fatal stroke.
May, who was known for her large social media following, also modeled for magazines including Playboy and Sports Illustrated.
She is survived by her 7-year-old daughter.
