"Game of Thrones" is known for its gratuitous sex and violence, but now one of its stars is saying enough is enough, at least when it comes to the sex.

Emilia Clarke has done numerous nude scenes as Daenerys Targaryen on 'Thrones,' but she told the Daily Mail that she can't stand doing them.

"I’m British, so I cringe at that sort of thing anyway — I can’t stand it," she said.

Co-star Oona Chaplin said earlier that Clarke told execs she was through with nudity on the fantasy drama because she "wanted to be known for my acting, not my breasts."

‘I don’t want to have sex thrown in my face and I’ve always thought the suggestion is so much more titillating than the act itself," Clarke said. "Most sex scenes you see in films or on TV are gratuitous and they’re usually just to attract an audience."
