LOS ANGELES – Madonna, music's queen of reinvention, may be trying to outdo pop's current princess, Taylor Swift, with the star studded cameo lineup in her latest video.
On Tuesday, Madonna tweeted and Instagrammed a poster prompting her video—"Bitch I’m Madonna"—captioning it: “Video coming soon! Just tryin to make it perfect for all of you. We are hard werking bitches.”
The accompanying poster, eerily similar to Swift’s promo pics for her video for “Bad Blood,” features Nicki Minaj, Beyoncé, Miley Cyrus, Rita Ora, and Katy Perry.

Yes, that Katy Perry -- the Swift foe that many think is the subject of the song "Bad Blood."
So is Madonna trying to one-up Taylor, and side with Perry in the process? Billboard associate editor Jason Lipshutz says having celebrities in music videos is simply a good way to generate more interest.
“More people will definitely want to watch star-studded music videos, especially if they are executed in an imaginative and inclusive way,” Lipshutz told FOX411. “Music videos can earn millions of views for a variety of reasons, but packing one with celebrities is a nifty shortcut to success.”
Madge’s single comes off her thirteenth album, “Rebel Heart,” released in March.
