Lindsay Lohan not evicted from Beverly Hills home, source says

The troubled and talented Lindsay Lohan

She started as a promising child star, but nobody could have predicted how things would go from there.  

The end of 2012 was not kind to Lindsay Lohan.

In December, Lohan's probation was revoked in a Los Angeles court, after being arrested for assault for a Nov. 29 altercation in a New York nightclub.  She celebrated New Year's in London and was photographed looking awfully disheveled.

Now a report is claiming that the star was evicted from her Beverly Hills apartment.

But a source close to Lohan tells Fox411 that nothing could be further from the truth.

Earlier Wednesday, the news coordinator for KNX 1070, a California radio station owned by CBS, tweeted the following:

However, the source tells Fox411 that Lohan moved from the Los Angeles home because she is now living in New York.

The troubled actress is facing up to eight months in jail, which does not include additional jail time if she is convicted in her June car accident case
