LOS ANGELES – "Jeopardy!" host Alex Trebek was under observation at a Los Angeles hospital Sunday after suffering a heart attack.
Trebek, 71, was admitted to Cedars-Sinai Medical Center on Saturday after the "mild" heart attack, according to The Hollywood Reporter.
In a statement Sunday, Sony Pictures Television said Trebek was "in good spirits" and expected to make a full recovery before the 29th season of "Jeopardy!" begins production in July.
Trebek, who has hosted the game show since 1984, previously suffered a heart attack in December 2007 and returned to his hosting duties just weeks later, according to The Hollywood Reporter.
