LOS ANGELES -- Actress Jessica Alba Sunday announced the birth of her second daughter with movie producer husband Cash Warren.
The new addition, named Haven Garner Warren, joins three-year-old daughter, Honor Marie.
The 30-year-old, who got her start on the TV show "Dark Angel," announced the news on her Facebook page.
"Hi Everyone, Hope you're enjoying the weekend. Cash and I are so excited to announce the birth of our daughter, Haven Garner Warren," Alba wrote.
"She was born on Saturday, weighed 7lbs [3.2kg], and was 19 inches [48cm] long. Healthy and happy! Big Sister Honor couldn't be more excited about the new addition to our family.
"Thank you for all of your support during my pregnancy. It means the world to me."
Alba, who also announced her pregnancy via Facebook, told Us Weekly last month that Honor was "as excited as a kid can be [about becoming a big sister], even though she doesn't really know what it means just yet."
The Golden Globe-nominated actress will next be seen in "Spy Kids 4" which opens in the US on Friday.
